How long does shipping take?

It is essential for customers to review, verify, and confirm the shipping address at the time of placing an order. Incorrect addresses can lead to delivery issues, and Psalm Bird Company does not assume responsibility for packages sent to the wrong address. Therefore, careful attention to detail during the ordering process is crucial.

During the checkout process, sales tax and shipping rates will be applied to your order. Customers should also be aware of the use of discount codes. Once a sale is completed, we are unable to apply discount codes retroactively. It is advisable to ensure that any applicable codes are entered correctly at the time of checkout.

In the event of lost or stolen packages, Psalm Bird Company cannot be held liable. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments and contact USPS directly for any inquiries regarding their packages. Additionally, it is important to note that delivery times do not account for any delays that may occur while packages are held in customs.

What is your refund policy?

Returns/ Exchanges

Due to the individualized and handcrafted nature of each piece, returns or exchanges are not accommodated currently. For any shipping damages, kindly reach out to our customer service at info@psalmbirdcompany.com.

Damages/ Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

What currency are your prices listed in?

Do you ship internationally?

What if I am not happy with my order?

What happens if I had a discount code and did not apply it at checkout?

At this time, discount codes can only be applied at checkout. We are unable to add codes after payments have been processed.

What if I put in the wrong delivery address?
